Jimmy Bedford, the ex-husband of Australian singer Tones and I, has announced he is expecting his first child with his new partner, Faith Miller. The announcement came just months after his split from the pop star.

Bedford shared the news on social media Wednesday, posting a photo of himself and Miller. In the image, Bedford is wearing blue Speedos with the words "Baby Budgy due 2027" printed on them. Miller wore a "Mummy" bucket hat and held up a sonogram image and a pair of baby socks. Both concealed their faces with "Daddy" and "Mummy" hats.

The announcement drew congratulations from friends and followers, though some commenters noted the quick progression of Bedford's new relationship. "Nice way to treat Tones... You move fast," one user wrote, while another commented, "That was quick."

Bedford and Tones and I, whose real name is Toni Watson, married in Bali in March 2023 after several years together. Rumors of their separation began in March of this year when fans noticed they had unfollowed each other on Instagram. Tones and I also appeared to remove an anniversary tribute to Bedford from her account and deleted several wedding photos. Neither party has publicly commented on their separation.

Before his relationship with Watson, Bedford worked as a bricklayer and played football before becoming a stage technician. He publicly confirmed his relationship with Miller in late June, sharing photos with the caption "My Joys."

The announcement of the pregnancy follows Tones and I's revelation in November 2024 that she had suffered a miscarriage while rehearsing for a performance.
