Tom Segura has broken his silence regarding his separation from comedian Christina Pazsitzky, calling the experience "emotionally, a rollercoaster" and a "horrible experience."
Segura addressed the split on the latest episode of their podcast, "Your Mom’s House," which was titled "Your Dad’s House." News of their separation after 18 years of marriage first broke in July.
Despite the separation, Segura and Pazsitzky have reportedly remained amicable and continue to co-host their popular podcast network, YMH Studios. They share two sons, Ellis, 10, and Julian, 8.
Pazsitzky had previously commented on their divorce, stating on her Instagram Stories that it was a "really difficult time for our family." She also addressed the breakup on "Your Mom’s House," tearing up as she confirmed the divorce. She noted that they had tried to work things out for several years for the sake of their children and family.
"We gave it all we could, but we just couldn’t work things out," Pazsitzky said. She reflected on their 20 years together, calling it a "good run" and a "very successful marriage" that resulted in their podcasting careers and family.
Pazsitzky explained her decision to speak about their personal lives on the podcast, noting that listeners have followed their journey for 12 years, witnessing significant life events like births, deaths, accidents, and illnesses.
"We will survive," she told listeners. "We will get through this bulls—t like we’ve gotten through everything else in life. This is just an unfortunate thing."
