Tom Sandoval has been granted a restraining order against his girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson, who was arrested following an alleged assault on the "Vanderpump Rules" star earlier this month. Sandoval, 44, stated in a legal filing in Los Angeles Superior Court that Robinson, 33, and her father, Will Robinson, were abusive toward him during a June 3 incident that resulted in multiple injuries. He included images in the filing depicting the alleged damage.
Sandoval stated in the court documents that he and Robinson were having a verbal disagreement when he realized she was filming him. As the situation escalated, he claims Robinson physically attacked him, repeatedly hitting him in the head and face, which caused blurred vision and injuries to his ear and neck. Sandoval, originally from St. Louis, Missouri, also alleged that Robinson's father became aggressive, leading Sandoval to barricade himself in a spare bedroom. According to Sandoval's filing, Will Robinson then punched a hole approximately 12 inches in diameter in the door of the room where Sandoval was seeking refuge.
Sandoval further stated that Victoria Robinson then entered the spare bedroom and struck him in the face and temple area, which he captured on video, noting the impact blurred his vision. He reported experiencing mouth pain for weeks following the incident, which necessitated a visit to the emergency room. Doctors reportedly ruled out a fracture, but Sandoval continued to experience difficulty fully opening his mouth and eating, requiring further medical attention. It was at this point that Sandoval contacted the police, leading to Victoria Robinson's arrest. She was later released on bond the same day.
In his filing, Sandoval also accused Victoria Robinson of prior domestic abuse, including allegedly hitting him in the face and neck, throwing a Gatorade bottle at him, changing his social media passwords, and tracking his movements with AirTags.
Sandoval expressed regret for bailing Victoria Robinson out of jail after she contacted him and he sent money to her mother. He asserted that Robinson and her father had effectively displaced him from his rental residence, for which he is still responsible for payments. Sandoval stated he is gravely concerned for his safety and well-being and seeks to regain control of his home, vehicle, and belongings. He has been staying with a friend and at various hotels since the alleged attack. Sandoval requested an immediate move-out order, citing his fear of returning to the home if Robinson and her father were present, and noted he lacked alternative long-term accommodations.
A source told US Weekly that the couple has separated following these events, adding that Sandoval had been financially supporting Robinson and her father, who had been living in the house rent-free. Sandoval and Robinson had been romantically involved for approximately two years, following Sandoval's public split with Ariana Madix amid a cheating scandal.
