Reality television personality Tom Sandoval is reportedly involved in a physical altercation that led to him shoving his girlfriend Victoria Robinson’s father, Will Robinson, into a lit firepit. The incident, captured on video and shared on social media, occurred at Sandoval’s rented Los Angeles residence.
In the footage, Sandoval, 43, is seen arguing with Will Robinson, who accused the reality star of saying something he denied. Sandoval then approached Victoria, who was seated next to her father, and questioned if she was recording him. When Sandoval attempted to take her phone, Will Robinson intervened. Sandoval then appeared to shove Will Robinson, causing him to fall backward into the firepit.
Sandoval then retreated into the house, followed by Will Robinson. Sounds of a struggle and raised voices were heard from inside. Victoria followed them, and then she and her father rushed back to the deck.
Will Robinson could be heard screaming, "He threw me in the f—king firepit. I’ll get you bitch. Mother f—ker." Sandoval's representative has been contacted for comment.
On Thursday, reports indicated that both Will and Victoria Robinson had been granted temporary restraining orders against Sandoval and were ordered to vacate his rented home. The orders require them to stay at least 100 yards away from Sandoval, including his home, workplace, and vehicle. These temporary orders are set to expire on July 16, with a further hearing scheduled for that date.
TMZ reported that Sandoval served Victoria with a restraining order on June 3, the same day she was arrested for allegedly attacking him. She was released after posting bond.
According to court documents, Sandoval claims the altercation began after an evening of drinking. He alleged that Victoria’s father punched a hole in a spare bedroom wall and grabbed him during an argument. Sandoval stated that after he barricaded himself in a room, Victoria entered and allegedly punched him, causing visible injuries to his ear and neck and blurred vision.
Sandoval further alleged that his and Victoria's two-year relationship has been marked by violence, citing instances where she allegedly punched him, threw a Gatorade bottle, and verbally abused him. He claimed that with Victoria and her father remaining in the rented home, he was left "completely displaced" and feared returning.
Sandoval and Victoria began dating in 2024, nearly a year after Sandoval's highly publicized split from Ariana Madix. In December 2024, rumors of their breakup circulated after Victoria seemingly accused Sandoval of cheating, though she later retracted the statement and apologized.
