Sources cited by The Sun suggest that the relationship between O'Brien and Martin concluded due to geographical distance, with Martin based in Ireland and O'Brien in Cheshire, making the romance difficult to sustain. Despite the reported fizzling out of their romance, insiders have suggested O'Brien may have reconnected with a former boyfriend, businessman Adam Fadle.
Reports indicate that O'Brien's previous long-term relationship was with Adam Crofts, with whom she shares a son.
