Tim Curry's cause of death has been determined as coronary artery disease, according to a report from the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health obtained by People. The actor, known for his iconic role in "The Rocky Horror Picture Show," passed away on August 25 at the age of 80.
While coronary artery disease was cited as the primary cause of death, Curry's past struggles with a debilitating stroke in 2012, which affected his mobility, and a history of kidney cancer were listed as contributing factors. The report clarified that these contributing conditions were unrelated to the coronary artery disease.
The LA County Department of Public Health report indicated that Curry had not undergone any operations related to his coronary artery disease or the other contributing health issues.
