Nova FM drive-time presenter Tim Blackwell and his former wife, Monique, have put their renovated Stanmore home on the market with a $4 million guide and an auction set for Sept. 27, according to the listing.

The five-bedroom property retains a traditional street-facing facade but was extensively refurbished at the rear following council approvals for nearly $1 million in works in 2020. The renovations created a contemporary wing with soaring five-metre ceilings, a fully renovated kitchen featuring a three-metre marble island bench, and a large backyard pool designed for family living and entertaining.

The home sits on a 185 square metre block about 3 kilometres from Sydney’s central business district and includes a generous alfresco dining area with a cast-iron barbecue. At the rear, accessed via a separate street, is a garage with a bedroom above. The property’s layout and amenities were highlighted in the listing as well suited to families and social entertaining.

Monique has previously used the modern wing of the house to run her women’s yoga business, Mond Women, and said on social media that moving the studio was bittersweet. “Moving house and packing up the Mond Women studio. No one likes moving, but the forced reason to shed can be a gift of reflection and a reminder of resilience,” she wrote, adding she would “remember and cherish” the space.

The sale follows the end of the couple’s 14-year marriage. Monique announced in an Instagram post in December 2023 that their marriage had ended, asking for messages of “love, support and sadness” following the news. Blackwell publicly addressed the split in September 2024.

In November 2024, Blackwell was photographed with Lizzie Baxter, a 29-year-old producer who works on Nova’s Fitzy & Wippa show. Media reports have since noted Baxter’s role at the same Sydney office where Blackwell works; the couple’s relationship has been discussed in industry coverage online.

Blackwell is a long-serving Nova presenter who joined the network in 2001 and co-hosts the syndicated national drive show with Joel Creasey and Ricki-Lee Coulter. He has previously worked alongside Marty Sheargold and Kate Ritchie.

The auction scheduled for Sept. 27 will formalise interest in the property, which estate agents and the listing describe as a blend of traditional street appeal and modern, open-plan living at the rear. The listing also notes proximity to public transport, shops, restaurants and other local amenities.
