Eighties pop sensation Tiffany has found a new rhythm in Nashville, Tennessee, trading the hustle of California for a more serene daily existence. The singer, born Tiffany Darwish, has been cultivating a culinary brand and a peaceful home life.

"For the most part, six o'clock rolls in, and I'm in the kitchen. I'm cooking. That's it. And you know by eight o'clock, I like to sit down and watch some Netflix and chill out," Tiffany told Fox News Digital. "And we start it all again the next day."

Her culinary endeavors include a cookbook titled "Pop Life," created with celebrity chef Alicia Shevetone. The book is dedicated to her grandmothers and features recipes like German chocolate muffins, a nod to her grandmother's favorite cake. Tiffany also highlights her signature Lebanese chicken dish, which she has adapted into a salad.

"Let's Food With Tiffany," her food-focused platform, offers recipes, virtual cooking experiences, and events, channeling the same energy that defined her early music career. This venture has also served as a form of therapy, particularly during challenging times.

"Most of my family's passed away. And I think we all felt so vulnerable," Tiffany recalled, referencing the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic. "And for me, I ended up getting stuck in Los Angeles. I live in Nashville, but I was traveling and everything started locking down, and I was too afraid to get on a plane."

Despite the pandemic's disruptions, Tiffany has established a daily routine in Nashville. Her mornings begin with coffee and meditation on her porch with her pets. She also incorporates prayer, gratitude, workouts, and business calls into her day.

The collaboration for "Pop Life" came about organically when Tiffany met Shevetone in Las Vegas. The two connected over shared tastes and decided to create a cookbook focused on popular foods from the 1980s. "Pop Life: The Ultimate 80s Kitchen Encore" is now available.
