Model Thylane Blondeau has shared details of her custom wedding dress designed by Miu Miu, worn for her marriage to DJ Ben Attal last month. The gown, a lace fishtail design, was created for the ceremony held at the Chateau Diter in the South of France.

Blondeau posted behind-the-scenes images on Instagram, describing the dress as a "wildest dream" and a lifelong aspiration to wear the Miu Miu brand. The custom creation required over 30 meters of French lace and 240 hours of craftsmanship. "Every single detail was created with incredible care and artistry," she stated.

She expressed gratitude to the Miu Miu team, noting her professional relationship with the brand began when she was 16 years old. "I never could have imagined that, years later, they would create the dress I'd wear on one of the most important days of my life," Blondeau said, calling it a memory she will "cherish forever."

Miu Miu is described as the more spontaneous sister label to Prada, founded by lead designer Miuccia Prada.

The wedding venue, Chateau Diter, is a Tuscan-style estate owned by British millionaire Patrick Diter. The property spans 17 acres and includes 18 suites, two helipads, saltwater pools, Italian gardens, a medieval cloister, and a wine-tasting cellar. Venue rental is reported to start at approximately £17,000, with additional costs for decorations and amenities.

Blondeau and Attal had a legal wedding ceremony in Paris in June, where she wore a custom couture gown by Eva Bouskila. The couple announced their engagement three months prior to their wedding, following a trip to Greece where Attal proposed. They began dating in 2020.

Blondeau, daughter of retired footballer Patrick Blondeau, has a notable fashion history. She walked for Jean Paul Gaultier at age four and became the youngest model to pose for Vogue Paris at age ten. In 2006, at five years old, she was named "most beautiful girl in the world" by Vogue Enfants, a title she later reclaimed on TC Candler's 2018 annual awards list.
