The Chicks Announce Fall 2026 North American Tour, Ticket Information Released

The Chicks are set to embark on their "Taking The Long Way 20th Anniversary Tour," marking their first tour in three years. The 13-time Grammy-winning trio, comprised of Emily Strayer, Martie Maguire, and Natalie Maines, will begin the tour on September 30 in Detroit. The tour will span North America through October and November, celebrating their seventh studio album which featured hits like "Not Ready To Make Nice," "Lullaby," and "The Long Way Around."

Among the tour dates are three scheduled performances at New York City's Beacon Theatre on October 10, 12, and 13. Last-minute tickets are available for many of The Chicks' "Taking The Long Way" tour dates.

At the time of publication, the lowest-priced tickets found for any show on the tour were $104, including fees, on Vivid Seats for a performance in Philadelphia. Tickets for their New York City shows at the Beacon Theatre start at $432, including fees, for the October 12th performance.

The "Taking The Long Way" album, released two decades ago, won Album of the Year, Best Country Album, and Song of the Year at the 2007 Grammy Awards. The album also includes tracks such as "Easy Silence," "The Long Way Around," and "Everybody Knows."

In a recent review, Variety praised the group's performance, stating, "They still collectively represent everything that’s best about American music, from skill on through to attitude right up to the ability to melt you into a happy puddle." The review highlighted Maines' "riveting and indomitable voice" and Maguire and Robison's complementary musical contributions.
