The critically acclaimed dramedy “The Bear” has returned for its fifth and final season, premiering Tuesday, June 25. All eight episodes of the concluding season are available to stream on Hulu.
The new season picks up the morning after the Season 4 finale, where protagonist Carmy (Jeremy Allen White) announced his intention to leave the restaurant industry. He had planned to pass ownership of The Bear restaurant to his colleagues Richie (Ebon Moss-Bachrach), Sydney (Ayo Edebiri), and Sugar (Abby Elliott).
The narrative this season sees the staff preparing for one last service amidst a generational storm sweeping through Chicago. Their goal remains to achieve the Michelin star that has thus far eluded them.
