Teresa Giudice said she would not rule out reconciling with her brother Joe Gorga and his wife, Melissa Gorga, telling host Jeff Lewis "never say never" during an appearance on his radio show with her daughter, Gia Giudice.
The longtime Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member, whose estrangement from the Gorgas has played out on the series for more than a decade, said she would prefer not to rehash past disputes and that any reunification would require maturity and a mutual willingness to move on. When Lewis asked whether she would take the initiative to open talks, Giudice declined to commit, responding, "We'll see what happens." Gia added that viewers would likely want "some sort of resolution" and said, "I think everyone can coexist. Just put your big-girl panties on and be mature."
Giudice emphasized she did not want to "recreate" former dynamics, calling a return to old patterns "a clusterf–ck" and urging any future relationship to be a new start rather than a replay of past conflicts. Gia said the only viable path to reconciliation would be if "both parties agree … really agree to let it go and not bring it up again," warning that otherwise "history repeat[ing] itself" would be likely.
The comments come amid continuing uncertainty around The Real Housewives of New Jersey, which was put on pause following a nontraditional reunion that aired in August 2024. Page Six and other outlets have reported that producers conducted test filming in mid-August with several veteran cast members and potential newcomers; those tests reportedly included Melissa Gorga but not Teresa Giudice. A source told Us Weekly that producers often use test shoots to assess how new participants work with established cast members.
Giudice pushed back on some casting reports in a separate interview with Entertainment Tonight, calling such stories "speculation" and saying, "You really can't believe anything you read unless Bravo is saying it." She added, when asked why she did not participate in the reported test shoot, "I mean, does the professor ever take the test?" A Bravo representative told Page Six that "no official casting decisions have been made."
Producers and network executives have not announced a production timeline for the show's next full season. The long-running series has repeatedly woven the Gorga-Giudice family rift into its storylines, making any public resolution of interest to viewers and to the cast's dynamics. Teresa Giudice's remarks on Jeff Lewis Live mark the latest public sign that a reconciliation remains a possibility, but she set clear conditions: she would rather start anew than revisit old grievances, and any progress would depend on both sides' willingness to move forward.
It remains unclear whether on-camera reconciliation would precede or follow any off-camera outreach. Giudice repeatedly directed questions about casting or production to network insiders, telling Lewis to "DM Andy Cohen" when asked for more information. Producers and Bravo did not immediately provide comment beyond the earlier note that casting was not finalized.
