Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce were seen enjoying a date night in New York City on Sunday, dining at the Indian restaurant Ambassadors Clubhouse New York. The outing marks the couple's first public dinner date since their July 3 wedding.
Swift, 36, wore a silky Stella McCartney halter dress adorned with diagonal brown and Lurex stripes, complemented by a gold chain neckline. She accessorized with Aquazzura twist heels and a brown purse from the designer. The pop star also sported opal jewelry, including a bracelet and ring from Elizabeth Taylor’s collection, as well as $19,000 Mindi Mond citrine and diamond drop earrings, which she previously wore in June.
Kelce, 34, matched Swift's stripe motif with a silk Amiri short-sleeved button-up shirt and brown trousers. His ensemble was completed with Bottega Veneta leather slip-on shoes. He also wore jewelry, including his Cartier Unlimited Love bracelet and a Santos de Cartier Skeleton watch. The couple also wore Cartier jewelry for their wedding.
This date night comes ahead of the start of the NFL regular season. Kelce is preparing for his 14th year in the league, with the Kansas City Chiefs set to play the Denver Broncos on September 14. Swift and Kelce were last seen together publicly attending JuJu Smith-Schuster’s wedding in California shortly after their own wedding, before Kelce reported to training camp. Swift has had several solo appearances in London last month. Mrs. Kelce is expected to attend the Chiefs' season opener at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City next week.
