Tame Impala has expanded its 2025 North American tour, adding four shows at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center and new dates in Oakland and Los Angeles, the band announced ahead of the release of its fifth studio album, Deadbeat, due Oct. 17.
The additions bring the touring schedule to 12 fall concerts. The band will now play the Barclays Center on Monday, Oct. 27; Tuesday, Oct. 28; Friday, Oct. 31; and Saturday, Nov. 1. New West Coast dates include Nov. 15 at Oakland Arena and Nov. 17 at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles. The official on-sale for the Deadbeat Tour is Friday, Sept. 12, 2025.
The fall run follows a brief appearance by frontman Kevin Parker at Barcelona’s Primavera Sound festival in June, where he performed a DJ set and unveiled “End of Summer,” the lead single from Deadbeat. The band has since released a second single, “Loser.” Reviewers have noted that “End of Summer” mixes house-inspired breakbeats and dance-pop elements with the psychedelic synth textures typical of Tame Impala; “Loser” has been described as a funk-leaning, introspective track. Music videos accompany both singles, with actor Joe Keery appearing in the video for “Loser.”
Tame Impala’s latest announcement follows the group’s most recent full tour in 2022–23 behind 2020’s The Slow Rush, during which the band previously played Barclays Center in Brooklyn. Setlists from that 2022 stop, as compiled on Setlist.fm, included album tracks and fan favorites such as “Borderline,” “Let It Happen,” “Feels Like We Only Go Backwards,” “The Less I Know the Better” and “New Person, Same Old Mistakes.”
The complete tour calendar for the Deadbeat Tour now lists the following North American dates: Oct. 27 at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, N.Y.; Oct. 28 at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, N.Y.; Oct. 31 at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, N.Y.; Nov. 1 at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, N.Y.; Nov. 3 at United Center in Chicago; Nov. 6 at Moody Center in Austin; Nov. 9 at Pechanga Arena in San Diego; Nov. 11 at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles; Nov. 12 at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles; Nov. 14 at Oakland Arena in Oakland; Nov. 15 at Oakland Arena in Oakland; and Nov. 17 at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles.
Tickets for the additional dates will be available through primary ticket outlets and secondary marketplaces. Secondary-market listings referenced in coverage include platforms that offer buyer guarantees and note that prices may vary from face value depending on demand. The band and its promoters have not announced support acts for the newly added dates.
Deadbeat will be Tame Impala’s first full-length release since The Slow Rush. The new singles and the upcoming tour mark the project’s return to a concert schedule after Parker’s summer festival appearances and the group’s 2022–23 touring cycle.
Promoters and venues will provide further details on VIP packages, production and safety protocols as the tour dates approach. Fans seeking tickets were advised to consult official box offices and authorized sellers for availability and verified resale options on or after the Sept. 12 on-sale date.
