Sunday Rose, the 17-year-old daughter of actors Nicole Kidman and musician Keith Urban, attended multiple high-profile events during New York Fashion Week, appearing at three star-studded parties in Manhattan this week.

On Wednesday evening she was photographed at Doubles, an Upper East Side private club, for a party honoring an upcoming coffee-table book titled Chanel Haute Couture edited by filmmaker Sofia Coppola. That appearance was followed by the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) Official NYFW Kick Off Party at Rockefeller Center, where she wore a custom “Starbucks Siren” gown designed by Zac Posen in collaboration with stylist Erin Walsh. A few days earlier, on Sept. 5, Sunday was on the guest list for the Miutine by Miu Miu fragrance event at the Twenty Two hotel in Union Square.

At the Doubles event, Sunday was seen mingling with Romy Mars, 18, the daughter of Coppola and musician Thomas Mars. At the CFDA kickoff she posed alongside Zac Posen and Walsh while wearing the shimmering green-to-blue gown inspired by the coffee brand’s logo. Photographers and social media posts captured her moving between rooms at the parties and socializing with other attendees.

Sunday made her runway debut last year at Paris Fashion Week for Miu Miu, an appearance that prompted widespread social-media commentary about her walk and stage presence. The comments included criticism of her performance and broader online debate about the presence of celebrity children in fashion. The Miu Miu show also featured established names and other celebrity offspring, including Amelia Hamlin and Eliot Sumner, as well as appearances by actors and models such as Hilary Swank and Cara Delevingne.

A source told DailyMail.com that Kidman was upset by the backlash her daughter received after the Paris runway appearance, and that Kidman has advised Sunday not to read social media. The source said Kidman recalled facing rejections at the start of her own career and that she and Urban are supportive of their daughter as she explores modeling and other interests.

Sunday’s recent appearances underscore the sustained interest in the children of high-profile entertainers at major fashion events, a phenomenon that has drawn attention from tabloids, fashion media and social platforms. Industry events during New York Fashion Week routinely attract designers, celebrities and influencers, and the presence of well-known families has prompted ongoing discussion about access, opportunity and the role of legacy in contemporary fashion and entertainment.
