Sunday Rose, 17, the daughter of actors Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban, attended multiple New York Fashion Week events on Wednesday, appearing at a party at Doubles, the Council of Fashion Designers of America official kickoff at Rockefeller Center and a fragrance event at the Twenty Two hotel earlier in the month.

At the Upper East Side private club Doubles, Sunday was on the guest list for a celebration tied to an upcoming coffee-table book, Chanel Haute Couture, edited by filmmaker Sofia Coppola and due in October. During the evening she was photographed mingling with Romy Mars, 18, Coppola's daughter with musician Thomas Mars.

Later the same night, Sunday attended the CFDA Official NYFW Kick Off Party at Rockefeller Center wearing a custom gown described by designers as inspired by the Starbucks Siren logo. The dress, created by Zac Posen in collaboration with stylist Erin Walsh, featured a shifting green-to-blue palette and drew attention on the event's red carpet. Photographs show her speaking with Posen and Walsh at the party.

Her appearances follow a presence at the Miutine by Miu Miu fragrance launch at the Twenty Two hotel in Union Square on Sept. 5. Sunday made her runway debut for Miu Miu at Paris Fashion Week last October and has continued to attend fashion events on both sides of the Atlantic.

Sunday's early catwalk outings have attracted online scrutiny as well as industry attention. Coverage of her Paris debut included criticism of her walking style and stage presence, with commentators on social platforms questioning whether her family connections played a role in booking. Some social media users contrasted her with other models on the same runway, while others defended her right to pursue modeling.

DailyMail.com reported that Kidman was upset by the online criticism of her daughter, noting that Kidman herself faced rejections when she was starting out. An insider quoted in that report said Kidman and Urban are proud of Sunday and have encouraged her to pursue her own path while advising her not to read social media.

Sunday is among a cohort of young people with family ties to entertainment and fashion who have been visible at recent shows; contemporaries at last season's events included Amelia Hamlin and Eliot Sumner, and established names such as Hilary Swank and Cara Delevingne also appeared on Miu Miu's runway. Designers and stylists have increasingly collaborated with young personalities for red carpets and branded events, blending traditional runway casting with celebrity-led moments.

Representatives for Sunday Rose, Kidman and Urban did not immediately respond to requests for comment. Organizers of the CFDA kickoff and representatives for Zac Posen and Erin Walsh did not provide additional details beyond event listings and designer statements. The Chanel Haute Couture volume edited by Coppola is scheduled for publication Oct. 15.
