Star Trek: Strange New Worlds returns for its fourth season on Thursday, July 23, exclusively on Paramount+. The new season continues the adventures of Captain Christopher Pike and the crew of the USS Enterprise, set a decade before the events of the original Star Trek series. New episodes will be available weekly on Thursdays at 12 a.m. PT/3 a.m. ET through September 24.

The series, which follows an episodic format with a variety of genres, features a returning cast including Anson Mount as Captain Christopher Pike, Ethan Peck as Spock, and Celia Rose Gooding as Nyota Uhura. The upcoming season will also include guest appearances from actors such as Paul Wesley as James T. Kirk and Carol Kane as Pelia.

One notable episode in Season 4 will see the Enterprise crew transformed into puppets, with the creations handled by the Jim Henson Creature Shop. This season marks a significant point in the franchise's 60th anniversary year.

Paramount+ has also announced that "Strange New Worlds" has been renewed for a fifth season. However, this final season will consist of only six episodes, indicating an end to the series following its conclusion.
