Sofia Vergara, 53, was photographed leaving an Oasis concert in Pasadena, California, on Sunday in the company of businessman Douglas Chabbott, 39, continuing a series of public appearances the two have made together over the summer.
Photos show Vergara and Chabbott side by side as they exited the venue. Vergara wore a black sleeveless top, blue jeans and a white Chanel crossbody purse, her light brown hair loose. Chabbott wore black sunglasses, a pea-green Prada jacket over a black T‑shirt and blue jeans; both were reported to be wearing sneakers.
The pair have been photographed together in several locations this year, including Rome and Cannes, and Chabbott was seated among friends and family at a dinner celebrating Vergara's 53rd birthday in Sardinia. Vergara posted a message from Chabbott on social media the day before the birthday celebration, and the two reportedly follow each other on social platforms.
Chabbott is described in reports as a Babson College graduate and entrepreneur who counts a number of celebrities among his acquaintances. At the Sardinia event, he was photographed near Vergara at the table as guests celebrated.
Vergara has been publicly single since her high‑profile split from actor Joe Manganiello, to whom she was married from 2015 until their divorce in 2024. She had a brief romance with orthopedic surgeon Dr. Justin Saliman following that split. Vergara has spoken publicly about qualities she seeks in a partner, telling the Today show she wants "the basic stuff, like health and somebody that loves me. And somebody tall, handsome." She has also said she would prefer a partner with financial independence, saying, "I want somebody that has as much money as me or more, because if not, it's a nightmare. They end up resenting you."
Vergara has said she is not in a rush to find a new relationship and acknowledged the challenges of dating in her 50s. Neither Vergara nor Chabbott has issued a public statement confirming the nature of their relationship.
