The actress was dressed in character, sporting a burgundy coat, miniskirt, tights, and boots, suggesting scenes filmed during autumn. Gomez drew a crowd of fans upon her arrival, pausing to pose for photographs.
Fellow cast member Tina Fey, 56, who plays true-crime podcaster Cinda Canning, was also present on set. "Only Murders in the Building" premiered in 2021 and follows three neighbors who bond over their shared interest in true-crime podcasts and subsequently become entangled in solving a murder within their New York apartment building. The show has received critical acclaim and multiple award nominations, including an Emmy nod for Outstanding Comedy Series.
Separately, Gomez is reportedly attached to a new X-rated feature film project directed by Brady Corbet, marking a significant career shift.
