Among the shared images, Gomez showcased herself in a blue bikini, later changing into a white ruched one-piece. She also shared photos of Blanco in various moments from the trip, including one where he is seen in the background of her bikini snaps, playfully commenting on her post with "ok lil juicy butt." The couple, who are approaching their first wedding anniversary in September, were depicted enjoying activities such as playing Scrabble and horseback riding.
Gomez's birthday celebration also included moments of her enjoying pasta in a floral dress, and posing in a white slip dress. In one image, Blanco kissed Gomez on the cheek as she wore a striped halter top.
Earlier in 2024, Gomez had spoken openly about her body image, particularly in relation to her lupus diagnosis and kidney transplant. She reflected on the natural changes in her body, contrasting a current photo with a throwback image from 2013 when she was 21, stating, "Today I realized I will never look like this again…"
