Kelley Wolf, the estranged wife of actor Scott Wolf, was removed from an Airbnb rental in Peoa, Utah, on Sept. 1 after deputies responded to a “keep the peace” call and found the residence in disarray, according to a police report obtained by TMZ and reported by Page Six. Her belongings were placed on the front porch and she was not permitted to reenter the property, the report said.

Summit County deputies were called after the homeowner reported that a woman had overstayed her rental. Officers, the report said, observed Kelley Wolf moving numerous personal items, food, alcohol and decorations into the home. The report described her as cooperative but said she “struggled to follow directions and staying focused on the task of moving her items out of the home.” The report also states that she told officers she believed she was moving into and purchasing the property, although it was not for sale. No charges were filed in connection with the incident.

The Airbnb removal occurred days before Kelley Wolf entered a rehabilitation facility, Page Six reported. The incident follows a series of recent legal and family disputes between the couple, who announced their decision to divorce in June after 21 years of marriage.

Earlier this month, Kelley Wolf was arrested on charges of electronic communication harassment and electronic disclosure of personal identifying information after posting Scott Wolf’s personal phone number on Instagram, where she has close to 100,000 followers, according to previous reporting. Two days after her arrest she was released from a Utah jail on the condition that she not contact Scott Wolf or the couple’s three children: Jackson, 16; Miller, 12; and Lucy, 11.

Three days after the arrest, Kelley Wolf was detained and taken to a hospital on an involuntary hold after accusing Scott Wolf of abuse, sources told Page Six. Scott Wolf, the 57-year-old actor known for his role on Party of Five and currently appearing on Nancy Drew, filed a temporary restraining order against his estranged wife but later dropped it after the couple reached a temporary agreement addressing custody, finances and communication.

Scott Wolf has publicly pushed back on some of Kelley Wolf’s allegations. In a statement reported last month, he accused her of conspiring to make false claims of “psychological abuse, child abuse, child endangerment, stealing with passports,” language his representatives used to describe his view of the disputes. The actor has not produced public court filings beyond the temporary agreements reached this summer.

Page Six reported that the September police report does not name Kelley Wolf as the tenant but that sources with direct knowledge identified her. Page Six said it reached out to the Summit County Sheriff’s Office for comment; the outlet did not immediately receive a response. TMZ published the police report that described the Sept. 1 call as a request to remove a person who had overstayed a rental agreement.

No criminal charges were filed in connection with the Airbnb call. Kelley Wolf’s entry into a rehabilitation program was reported over the weekend; her legal matters related to the Instagram post remain part of the public record pending any further court proceedings. Scott Wolf and his representatives have declined to provide additional public comment beyond the statements previously reported.

The sequence of events — the divorce announcement in June, the social-media disclosure and arrest, the involuntary hospital hold, the temporary restraining order and the reported removal from an Airbnb — underscores an escalating private dispute that has drawn public attention. Court documents show the couple previously reached a temporary arrangement on custody and communication, but further legal steps in the divorce process have not been publicly detailed.

Representatives for Scott and Kelley Wolf did not immediately respond to requests for comment through the channels cited in the original reports.
