Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola has shut down rumors that she is pregnant again. The "Jersey Shore" star addressed the speculation in a comment on Instagram after attending her co-star Jenni "JWoww" Farley's surprise wedding to Zack Carpinello.
Fans began speculating about a potential pregnancy after Giancola, 39, posted a carousel of photos from the wedding. In one image, her husband, Justin May, appeared to rest his hand on her waist. Giancola responded to the rumors by stating, "Guys.. I’m not pregnant again it’s so hard to lose this baby weight!" Mentioned in the same comment was the difficulty she faces in shedding post-baby weight, a sentiment echoed by fans who reassured her of her appearance at the wedding. "Girl, I don’t think you look pregnant at all. You look amazing!" one user wrote.
Giancola and May welcomed their son, Vincent Keith May, in August 2025. The couple became engaged in March 2024. They previously experienced a miscarriage during their IVF journey before welcoming Vincent. Giancola and May married in December 2025, six months prior to Farley's recent wedding.
Farley and Carpinello surprised guests by exchanging vows at Madison Modern Social in Old Bridge, New Jersey. Attendees were initially led to believe they were there for a special screening of Farley's film "Nanny Cam." The city's mayor officiated the ceremony, which was described by Farley as "personal and meaningful" due to its intimate guest list and family focus.
