Sam Frost made a solo appearance at the Australian Women's Film Festival in Sydney on Tuesday, showing a post-baby figure in a white and cream frock with a sheer skirt weeks after announcing the birth of her second child.

The 36-year-old former Home and Away actress announced in April that she and partner Jordie Hansen had welcomed a son, introducing him on social media as Bobby Jordan Frost-Hansen and noting his birth date as March 29, 2025. Frost shared black-and-white photographs of the newborn in hospital and a moment in which the baby was introduced to his older brother, two-year-old Ted.

On the red carpet, Frost wore an off-the-shoulder dress that hugged her figure and featured a translucent white skirt. She completed the look with gold accessories, a peach-toned makeup palette and soft waves in her hair, and reunited with former Home and Away co-star Sarah Roberts at the festival.

Frost and Hansen announced their engagement on July 7, 2022, and welcomed their first child, Ted, in March 2023. Frost revealed in November 2024 that the couple were expecting a second child, writing at the time, "Our family is growing from three to four." In an interview in August 2025 with Confidential on Nova radio, she described her pregnancy as difficult, saying, "I found pregnancy really difficult and I thought that would be perhaps a reflection on what is going to happen coming up, but to be honest I am actually a little more relaxed than I thought."

Her April social media announcement included expressions of gratitude to family and friends for support. "Huge thank you to our family and friends for all their love and support over these past few months. We love you," she wrote alongside images of the newborn and family moments.

The appearance at the Australian Women's Film Festival was one of Frost's first public outings since the birth announcement. The festival, which showcases work by and about women in film, drew a number of industry figures to Sydney for screenings and events.

Frost first rose to public attention on reality television and later joined the cast of Home and Away. She has continued to work in Australian entertainment while sharing aspects of her personal life, including relationships, engagement and motherhood, publicly on social media and in interviews.

Her post appeared to follow a trend of actors and media personalities attending industry events while also navigating new phases of parenthood. Frost's social posts and public statements provide a timeline of the couple's relationship milestones and family growth: engagement in 2022, first child in March 2023, a pregnancy announcement in November 2024 and the arrival of their second son in late March 2025, announced publicly in April.

At the festival, Frost's look and brief interactions with colleagues were photographed and circulated by Australian entertainment outlets. She did not indicate any immediate professional projects at the event but was photographed talking with peers and attending screenings.

Representatives for Frost and for the Australian Women's Film Festival did not immediately provide additional comment beyond the public statements and social media posts made by Frost and her partner.
