Roxy Jacenko, 45, was photographed at her Ministry of Talent offices in Sydney on Monday showing a slimmer figure and newly replaced breast implants while clearing boxes of press clippings.
Jacenko — a publicist and founder of Ministry of Talent — was seen wearing a cropped athletic top and tight leggings that exposed her midriff as she tidied the space and spoke on speakerphone. A box apparently containing past media coverage was among items she moved while on the call.
The replacement surgery followed an implant rupture that Jacenko disclosed in March. She said the rupture was discovered during a routine MRI conducted as part of her annual cancer surveillance and that although only one implant had ruptured she elected to remove and replace both. Jacenko told Daily Mail Australia at the time that she expected to need surgical drains and planned to maintain work communications during recovery.
Jacenko has been open about her health history. She underwent a partial mastectomy eight years earlier and experienced capsular contracture on the same side during radiation treatment, which she said made revision surgery a familiar prospect. She described the implant rupture as an annoyance rather than a major health concern and said there were no signs of cancer recurrence.
The media figure has also been public about recent weight loss. Jacenko has said she shed 18 kilograms and has shared elements of her regimen, including daily contrast therapy baths, infrared sauna sessions, treadmill workouts and low-weight resistance training. She has described an eating pattern that limits meals to an evening protein-based dinner and occasional small treats.
Jacenko has promoted a supplement from the wellness brand Eimele, which the company markets as a plant-based product for weight management. She has referred to the product as a "natural Ozempic" on social platforms; the company describes its Calibrate Reds Max product as aimed at limiting sugar and carbohydrate absorption and reducing fat storage.
She has also spoken publicly about a prior episode in which she took an excessive dose of the prescription weight-loss medication Ozempic. On The Lazy CEO Podcast, Jacenko said she took four times the recommended initial amount and experienced severe vomiting and shaking as a result.
Jacenko's public statements have emphasized pragmatic attitudes toward cosmetic procedures and recovery. In earlier comments she acknowledged initial surprise at the implant rupture but framed the surgery as part of ongoing management of her health history and appearance. The recent photos show her carrying on with business activities while maintaining a visible fitness routine and public profile.
