Romeo Beckham posted a series of images on Instagram on Sunday showing himself taking an ice bath at a London wellness hub and later toying with a camcorder, offering a brief window into his self-care routine.

The 23-year-old, the son of David and Victoria Beckham, shared a photo from Rebase, a high-end wellbeing venue in London, in which he sat immersed in an ice bath. He followed that with two images of himself handling a camcorder and an image featuring a meme of Pharrell Williams accompanied by the line, "Your clothes should be an extension of your personality not a mask."

Rebase advertises a range of services on its website, including one-hour drop-in sessions to a Members' Suite for £65, public contrast-therapy classes at £40, private suite rentals for £150 for 45 minutes, and guided one-hour bathing rituals with a practitioner for £175. The venue's description of its ice-bath offerings says cold-water immersion can reduce inflammation, trigger dopamine release, improve mood and focus, activate brown fat, and build mental resilience. It also recommends daily immersion of one to five minutes depending on exposure and ability.

Beckham's Instagram posts also revealed his tattoos, which he has displayed publicly on other occasions. He made a rare public appearance at New York Fashion Week on Thursday, where he attended an event for House of Champion and posed for photographs with fans inside the venue. According to a fan account, when asked about ongoing family tensions at the event he kept his response to a shrug and a nod and declined to comment.

The posts come amid reports of a rift within the Beckham family. Media accounts in recent weeks have said Brooklyn Beckham, Romeo's older brother, has become increasingly distant from some family members following his marriage to Nicola Peltz. The reports also said Brooklyn did not attend Romeo's recent 23rd birthday celebration, which family members including parents David and Victoria and siblings Cruz and Harper attended.

Representatives for Romeo Beckham did not immediately respond to requests for comment. Rebase did not reply to a request for comment about Beckham's visit.

Romeo Beckham has been photographed and photographed himself at various fashion and wellness events as he navigates public life outside professional football training and study. His visible social-media activity, including lifestyle and behind-the-scenes images, regularly draws attention because of his parents' public profiles.
