Rihanna marked the end of summer by posting a series of photos on Instagram showcasing her Savage X Fenty lingerie line. The 38-year-old mogul shared the carousel post on Tuesday, shortly after Labor Day.
In the images, Rihanna is seen wearing a black floral lace corset and matching thong from her brand. She captioned the post, "summer over…but still got pics to post." She paired the lingerie with red lipstick and wore her hair half-up, teased at the crown, a style reminiscent of the early 2000s.
The ensemble featured the brand’s Piccadilly Lace corset, priced at $149.95, which includes underwire, front hook-and-eye closures, and a satin ribbon at the back for cinching. The matching Piccadilly Lace thong panty costs $29.95. In one of the photos, taken from a low angle, Rihanna is shown against a white wall, displaying her "lover" tattoo in Tibetan script on her left cheek.
The Savage X Fenty official Instagram account reposted the images with the caption, "We could talk about the lace, but @badgalriri says it best ✨."
This lingerie campaign continues a trend of eye-catching promotional moments from the singer throughout the summer. In late July, she was photographed wearing a black-and-white lace set, accessorized with over $165,000 worth of diamonds, while holding a red stop sign. Last month, she posed in a thong bodysuit from the Mod Poppy lace collection, priced at $84.95, next to a "Curves Ahead" traffic sign, with the caption, "even outside has rules."
