Rick Hoffman, known for his role as Louis Litt in the legal drama "Suits," has reappeared on Instagram, showcasing a notable physical transformation. The 56-year-old actor presented a slimmer physique and longer hair, sharing the update with a brief "Been a min" and the hashtag "circling back."

For nine seasons of "Suits," Hoffman typically sported a shaved head, portraying the character of lawyer Louis Litt alongside co-stars such as Meghan Markle. In his recent Instagram post, he is seen standing in a trailer, his hair appearing thicker at the front and sides, complemented by a smart white shirt tucked into grey trousers. His appearance drew a reaction from former "Suits" co-star Sarah Rafferty, who commented with a love heart and fire emoji.

When a fan praised his makeover, Hoffman explained his methods, stating, "Intense intermittent fasting and keto diet." He also noted that he had eliminated alcohol from his lifestyle.

Hoffman has previously spoken candidly about personal health challenges. He recounted to US Weekly an experience at age 23 with severe anxiety, which he described as a constant feeling of being on edge. At the time, he was diagnosed with OCD, a condition that was not widely understood in 1993. He believes that overcoming this challenge ultimately enabled his career, providing him with a profound life lesson about perspective and shared human experience.

Regarding his time on "Suits," Hoffman told Entertainment Focus in 2016 that each season presented significant conflicts for his character to overcome. He described the acting process as challenging and anxiety-inducing but also ultimately rewarding when he felt proud of the final product.
