Rick Hoffman, known for his role as corporate attorney Louis Litt in the USA Network legal drama "Suits," has shared the methods behind his recent weight loss. In response to fan inquiries on Instagram, Hoffman, 56, stated that his slimmed-down appearance is the result of "intense intermittent fasting and keto diet. no alcohol."

Intermittent fasting is an eating pattern that cycles between periods of voluntary eating and fasting. According to the Mayo Clinic, this approach involves consuming a typical diet during set hours and then restricting calorie intake to very few or none during designated fasting periods.

Fans have expressed admiration for Hoffman's transformation. Comments on his social media posts include remarks such as "You just got Litt up," referencing his character, and "You look like louis fitt!" Other users have simply praised his new look, with one writing, "You look amazing!!!"

Hoffman has previously spoken about personal challenges, including dealing with anxiety and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). In a March interview, he described experiencing severe anxiety starting at age 23, which he felt was a significant hurdle. He noted that in 1993, when he was diagnosed, awareness and understanding of OCD were limited. Hoffman reflected that overcoming these health issues provided him with a different perspective on life and contributed to his career development by teaching him about his place in the world.
