A substantial offer of $2 million for entry into Michael Rubin's exclusive white party was reportedly declined, according to sources close to hospitality mogul Will Makris. The bid, which included an invitation and a plus-one, was made by a member of Makris' Zero Bond social club but was ultimately rejected.
Sources described the proposal as having been "laughed at," emphasizing that access to the Fanatics CEO's annual gathering is considered a "money-can't-buy thing." The exclusive event, held at Rubin's Hamptons mansion, typically hosts around 375 prominent figures from the entertainment and sports worlds.
Past attendees have included notable celebrities and athletes such as Tom Brady, Kim Kardashian, Drake, Livvy Dunne, Kendall Jenner, Travis Scott, Derek Jeter, and Rob Gronkowski.

This year, the celebration was scheduled for July 1, a change from its usual Fourth of July timing. The shift was reportedly made to avoid conflicts with other major events, including a planned UFC event and potential wedding celebrations. Guests were expected to begin arriving in the Hamptons on June 30 for a pre-party barbecue hosted by Rubin.
The main festivities for the white party were set to commence at 5 p.m. on July 1 and continue until 6 a.m. on July 2.

Despite the considerable effort involved in organizing such a large-scale event, it is not the only major undertaking for Rubin this summer. He is also preparing to host Fanatics Fest in New York City, scheduled to begin on July 16, which is expected to feature appearances from prominent figures like LeBron James, Aaron Judge, and Joe Burrow.
