Kate Lawler, a former contestant on 'Big Brother,' experienced a drunken fall at her brother's wedding earlier this week. The incident occurred as Lawler, 46, was standing on her chair, encouraging guests to get low and wave their napkins.
While losing her balance in high heels, Lawler tumbled off the chair. She later shared a clip of the fall on Instagram, humorously noting, "Off I pop." Her father stepped in to steady her when she got back on the chair to prevent another fall.
Lawler joked about the incident on social media, attributing the fall to alcohol consumption. "This is why I shouldn’t drink alcohol," she stated.
The day after the wedding, Lawler described feeling unwell, telling her Instagram followers, "Gosh. I'm a broken woman. In the words of Ian Beale, 'I've got nothing left.'"

She elaborated on her state, explaining that "Three days of drinking, partying, dancing, shouting, eating, and not sleeping" had left her exhausted. She attempted to recover by applying a face mask.
Lawler's younger brother, Rob, recently married Tanya in Portugal. This follows a hen party for Tanya in Mallorca the previous month, where Lawler also shared photos of herself enjoying the festivities.
Speaking about the Mallorca trip, Lawler had previously remarked that while the photos showed her "dancing the weekend away in a wardrobe of skimpy bikinis" and were "proof that I can still party like I'm 26," she was feeling the effects upon returning home. She shared a less glamorous selfie, joking, "unfortunately I'm recovering like I'm 46."
Lawler mentioned that she had "forgotten my age" during the trip to Majorca and blamed herself for attempting to "keep up with this lot." She expressed a hope to recover before another three-day party event abroad for the upcoming wedding in six weeks.
