The incident occurred while Kalifatidis, known for her role on Married At First Sight, was promoting an electrolyte drink with her two young children present.
In the clip, Kalifatidis appeared visibly flustered when Lucius began to interrupt her by asking her to make porridge and making noise near his five-month-old sister, Sunday. Kalifatidis responded by telling him, "Stop screaming in her face! Get off the stool and get out of the kitchen." The toddler then screamed "no" and left the room.

Following the interaction, Kalifatidis addressed her followers, acknowledging the difficulties of parenting young children. "Honestly, the simplest tasks take two hours. Breakfast... two hours! I'm a psycho... I know I need to be more patient, how does anyone get anything done with kids?" she shared.
The public response to the video was divided. Some viewers criticized Kalifatidis's tone, with one commenter stating, "This absolutely broke my heart. I could never yell at a toddler for trying to interact with his little sister. They're learning how to interact, by yelling at him you're not teaching him anything, you're just shutting him down." Kalifatidis, 38, shares her two children with her long-term partner Michael Brunelli, also a reality TV personality. She has previously spoken about her challenging first pregnancy, during which she experienced hyperemesis gravidarum, a condition causing severe nausea and vomiting that led to her hospitalization and a prolonged absence from social media. Kalifatidis and Brunelli met on Married At First Sight in 2019 and became engaged two years later, but have not yet married.
