Tan France's first furniture collection, a collaboration with Castlery, was launched in New York on Wednesday, with a reunion of some of his Queer Eye co-stars. Antoni Porowski, Jonathan Van Ness, and Jeremiah Brent were present to support France at the event.

Karamo Brown was absent from the launch event. His absence follows a reported rift with his castmates, which became public after he withdrew from promotional interviews for the show's new season. Brown stated his decision to step back was to protect his "mental health/peace from people or a world who seek to destroy it."

He later told People magazine that the falling out stemmed partly from a conversation his castmates had about him behind his back, which his mother overheard. Brown recounted his mother's reaction, saying, "I thought they were your friends," which led him to feel he could no longer remain silent about feeling like an outsider.

The gathering of Porowski, Van Ness, and Brent occurred weeks before the 2026 Emmy Awards, where Queer Eye is nominated for Outstanding Structured Reality Programme. The Netflix series made Emmy history last year with its seventh win in the category. France, Porowski, Van Ness, and Brent all served as executive producers on the show's previous Emmy-winning season.

Jeremiah Brent was accompanied by his husband, interior designer Nate Berkus, and Jonathan Van Ness's husband, ceramic artist Mark Peacock, also attended the event. Other notable guests included fashion designers Kim Shui, Fernando Garcia, and Laura Kim, as well as J.Crew's Olympia Gayot.

France's debut collection features 18 interior pieces. He described the inspiration behind the line, stating, "Living between cultures and countries has taught me that home isn’t just somewhere you live, it’s something you create, wherever you are. That was the heart of my collaboration with Castlery."
