Princess Eugenie has shared new photographs of her baby daughter, Adelaide Elizabeth Annina Brooksbank, alongside her two sons, August and Ernest. The images, posted to Instagram, offer a glimpse into the royal's family life following Adelaide's birth on August 3.

One photo captures Princess Eugenie cradling her newborn daughter. She captioned the image: "4 weeks of you!!" Another image shows her sons, five-year-old August and three-year-old Ernest, lying on a bed in matching pajamas, gazing at their baby sister. A third photograph shows Eugenie holding Adelaide while August and Ernest plant kisses on each side of her head, with Eugenie adding the caption, "Happy days with my babies."

Adelaide was born in Lisbon, Portugal, weighing 6lb 9oz. Her name is a tribute to the late Queen Elizabeth II, with Eugenie stating that her daughter's name was inspired by people she and her husband, Jack Brooksbank, "love and admire, past and present." She further elaborated on Instagram that the name Adelaide is partly inspired by Queen Adelaide (1792-1849), wife of William IV, and that the name Annina has personal significance. The couple divides their time between a villa in Portugal and a residence at Kensington Palace.

Adelaide is 15th in line to the throne and is the late Queen Elizabeth II's third great-grandchild born since her passing in 2022. She is also the fifth grandchild of Prince Andrew, Duke of York. Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank married in October 2018 and welcomed their first son, August, in February 2021, followed by Ernest in May 2023.
