TV and Instagram star Poppy Jamie has announced she is seven months pregnant with her first child, following a "multi-year fertility journey" that included two late miscarriages. Jamie, 36, shared the news on Instagram, stating she had "finally arrived" in her third trimester.

"I’ve been on a multi-year fertility journey and sadly lost two pregnancies at 5 months. So here we are third time lucky!!" Jamie wrote, accompanying her post with a photo of her cradling her bump. She described the experience as a "difficult ride" but noted that "magic and hope have shined through in the most incredible ways."

Jamie explained that writing her book, "The Book of Magical Living," helped her heal and explore historical magical wisdom and rituals. "The emptiness was filled with optimism… it was at times, almost unbelievable," she stated. She expressed hope that her book could reignite hope for others facing similar challenges.

Jamie also extended gratitude to the "amazing medical staff" who assisted her, calling them "magic too." She sent love to anyone who could relate to her post, hoping her story might offer support.

In an accompanying piece on Substack, Jamie revealed she had kept much of her pregnancy private to process the experience. She detailed discovering major complications at nearly five months pregnant with both previous pregnancies, leading to their inability to continue. "After the devastating loss that split me in two, I was unsure of my capability to have a safe pregnancy," she wrote, adding that this current pregnancy feels like a "huge blessing" despite a "cautionary cloud present."

In February, Jamie had shared an emotional video detailing her past losses for the first time. She recounted being diagnosed with "very low fertility" approximately four years prior. After a tarot card reader predicted a pregnancy despite her explaining the biological unlikelihood, she found herself pregnant unexpectedly four months later. This resulted in her first "heartbreaking" loss. Six weeks later, she discovered she was pregnant again, only to lose her second baby at the same five-month mark. "The first one was heartbreaking, the second one was being ripped into small pieces and it was utterly devastating," she admitted.

Jamie shared that she began to heal after a psychic, whom she was interviewing for her book, conveyed a message from her unborn son that it "wasn't the right time for him to come to the earth."

Jamie first gained fame as a presenter on ITV2 and MTV. She later launched the mindfulness app Happy Not Perfect and authored a best-selling book on anxiety and self-love, becoming a prominent voice in wellness and mental health. Her announcement was met with congratulatory messages from celebrity friends, including Nicola Roberts and Suki Waterhouse.
