Patsy Palmer, 54, showcased her figure in a brown swimsuit during a recent holiday at a luxury spa in Malibu. The actress, who has resided in Los Angeles since 2014, posted a photo on Instagram from Calamigos Ranch Resort & Spa, describing the day as "magical."

Palmer was accompanied by her children Fenton, 26, Bertie, 15, and Emilia, 25. She also has a UK-based son, Charley Palmer Rothwell, 34, from a previous relationship. "Another magical day with my favorite people in the world. My family all together," Palmer captioned the post. "Missing [Charlie] obviously but he is busy being a total rock star. My fave place in the world."

She has previously spoken about how her life in LA contributes to her well-being, attributing her happiness to sunshine, good food, and outdoor activities. "I think the sunshine's an amazing medicine," Palmer stated. "I would never live where it gets dark at three o'clock again, ever. That drains me. I'm a light person."

Palmer detailed her wellness routine, which includes Pilates, particularly reformer and Cadillac reformer exercises, which she undertakes one-on-one due to a fear of injury. She also enjoys walking, saunas, and has a cold plunge in her garden. "If you eat well - 80 percent of it is what you're eating - so I just try and eat as well as I can," she said, contrasting the lighter fare available in LA, such as smoothies and salads, with the "stodgy" food often found in London.

The soap star previously shared that her life in LA contributes to her happiness and wellbeing, after relocating back in 2014

In the past, Palmer had expressed a strong aversion to cosmetic treatments after a negative experience with Botox that required medical attention. However, she later admitted to resuming some cosmetic work, including occasional Botox, despite her husband's reservations. She has also indicated plans for a facelift in the future. "I do a little bit of Botox every now and then," she said. "I've tried lots of different things, obviously. I've tried fillers once but I don't like that. I just have a little bit of Botox - I can still move my face. I'm probably due to have a little bit more."
