Patrick Schwarzenegger and Abby Champion were photographed dining with Schwarzenegger's mother, journalist Maria Shriver, and friends in Los Angeles on Tuesday, their first public appearance since the pair married last weekend in Idaho.

The couple, who wed at Gozzer Ranch Golf and Lake Club in Harrison, Idaho, were seen leaving Matū Kai, a Wagyu steakhouse in the Brentwood neighborhood. Schwarzenegger, 31, wore a black leather bomber over a matching shirt, baggy blue jeans and white sneakers. Champion, 28, wore a bridal-white sweatshirt with blue jeans, white ballet flats and a black chain purse for the evening out.

The wedding took place at the resort's Lake Club, which sits atop a basalt rock bluff overlooking Lake Coeur d'Alene. The couple, who dated for about a decade and became engaged in 2023, were married in a ceremony attended by both sets of parents, Schwarzenegger's sister Katherine Schwarzenegger Pratt and her husband, actor Chris Pratt, and Rob Lowe, according to Daily Mail coverage of the events.

Daily Mail reported that the private members-only club advertises three-day wedding packages starting at $20,000. Photographs from the ceremony showed the groom in a cream tuxedo paired with black dress pants and the bride in a full-skirted sleeveless cream gown with a full-length veil.

The reception outing in Los Angeles followed public praise the couple exchanged on social media earlier this year. On Feb. 28, Schwarzenegger shared an Instagram post calling Champion his "queen" and "ride or die" and praising her dedication to family, friends, faith and work. Champion posted about Schwarzenegger on Feb. 13, calling him "my movie star" and saying she was proud of him.

Schwarzenegger, the son of actor and former California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, has pursued acting and modeling, and has recently been cast opposite Margaret Qualley in Rachel Morrison's romantic drama Love of Your Life for Amazon MGM Studios. He is also reported to have a role in the indie drama Billy Knight alongside Al Pacino and Charlie Heaton. The couple has modeled together for brands including SKIMS, Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein Jeans and have appeared in fashion spreads.

The Daily Mail report also noted that Joseph Baena, Schwarzenegger's half-brother, was not invited to the wedding; TMZ has reported that Baena "has no relationship with that side of the Schwarzenegger family." Shriver and Schwarzenegger separated in 2011 amid revelations that he had fathered a child with the family's former housekeeper; their divorce was finalized in 2021.

Outside of entertainment, Patrick Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver are co-founders of MOSH: The Brain Brand, a granola bar company that supports Alzheimer's research. Schwarzenegger has a business degree from the University of Southern California and has invested in several consumer brands, while also maintaining a social media presence with sponsorships and partnerships.

After their dinner in Brentwood, the couple did not issue additional public comments about their plans. The Los Angeles appearance marked a private, low-key celebration with family and friends following the weekend ceremony in Idaho.
