Paris Hilton showcased a new light brunette hair color while attending the Traverse City Cherry Festival in Michigan with her two children, Phoenix and London. The "Simple Life" alum, typically known for her platinum blonde hair, sported long, wavy brown locks for the outing.
Hilton wore a floral maxi dress and a bucket hat, accessorized with sunglasses, while holding her children's hands. Phoenix, 3, wore a romper, and London, 2, was in a pink shorts set. Photos from the event showed Hilton with her children on a boat ride, both wearing life vests, and enjoying carnival games. She also shared a sunset moment on a dock with the toddlers.
In an Instagram post, Hilton described the experience as "healing my inner child while creating the sweetest core memories with my #CutesieCrew at the Cherry Festival." She added, "There’s nothing better than seeing the smiles, sharing the laughs, and making memories we’ll never forget."
This is not the first time Hilton has experimented with darker hair. In May, she debuted a dramatic dark brown hair transformation for the Gucci Cruise 2027 collection fashion show, where she walked the runway. In December 2025, she was seen with a brunette wig at Disneyland, and in 2024, she opted for brown hair during a shopping trip in Beverly Hills with her husband, Carter Reum, whom she married in 2021.
Hilton, 45, has long been associated with her signature blonde hairstyle. She previously recalled an incident in the early 2000s where an accidental short haircut led to a celebrity trend, despite her initial shock. "I was not paying attention, just like on my phone and then I looked up and I had like long hair all the way down to my waist at this point, and I looked up and he had cut my hair all the way to my ears," she told Us Weekly. She later used extensions to style the short cut into a bob.
In April, Hilton expressed her fondness for her platinum blonde bob era from the 2000s, calling it "such a moment." She also stated her preference for her current platinum blonde look, describing it as "so bright and beautiful" and her Y2K blonde waves as "timeless." She concluded by saying, "Experimenting with different blond looks has always been so much fun for me. I always love surprising my fans with new looks."
