Pamela Anderson embraced a retro aesthetic at the Carolina Herrera New York Fashion Week show on Monday, drawing attention with her fashion choice.
The 59-year-old actress, known for her role as C.J. Parker in the 1990s series "Baywatch," wore a high-neck crimson jumper, a subtle nod to her iconic red swimsuit from the show. She paired the jumper with a glittering gold jacket and a floral-patterned skirt adorned with embroidered flowers. Anderson accessorized her look with large dark sunglasses and statement red earrings. She opted for a make-up-free appearance, with only a touch of light pink lipstick.
Anderson's appearance followed her presence at the Venice Film Festival the previous week. The actress, who starred in 77 episodes of "Baywatch" and reprised her role in the 2003 film "Baywatch: Hawaiian Wedding," recently spoke about her time on the show.
"It was a great job, and I loved going to work every day on the beach," Anderson told Deadline earlier this summer. "At the time, it taught me a lot, and it gave me worldwide exposure." She added that while she has no plans to return to "Baywatch," she is exploring new projects, including her upcoming dark comedy film "Rosebush Pruning."
"I want to make really bold choices. I want to surprise people. I want to surprise myself. And so I'm trying to do things I haven't done in the past," Anderson stated regarding her current career aspirations. She also mentioned considering a return to theater.
