Pacsun has released a new collection of apparel inspired by the popular Netflix series, "Outer Banks," coinciding with the upcoming Season 5 finale. The line, available at prices ranging from $45 to $75, includes sweatshirts, shorts, and shirts designed to capture the show's aesthetic.
Richard Cox, Chief Merchandising Officer at Pacsun, stated that the collection aims to connect with fans by translating the elements they love about the series into fashion pieces relevant to contemporary shopping habits. The goal was to create a collection that felt authentic to "Outer Banks" while offering the versatility and style expected from Pacsun, allowing fans to celebrate the show as it enters its final season.
The collection features several pieces, including a knit cardigan with an ocean-blue stripe and an OBX patch, reminiscent of characters JJ and Kiara. For those who favor the casual style of the main characters, baggy sweatpants with fleece lining, an OBX graphic, and multicolored stripe details are available. A matching quarter-zip sweatshirt with frayed stripe details complements the sweatpants.
Another item is a relaxed-fit jersey bearing the show's signature slogan, suitable as a beach cover-up or casual wear. Additionally, the collection includes baggy sweat shorts inspired by the Kildare Surf Shop, featuring an embroidered patch and available in bright green. A matching hooded sweatshirt with a large "Outer Banks" graphic and kangaroo pocket is also part of the offering, with sleeves adorned with patches like "Pogue Life" and "Kildare Surf Shop."
