Olivia Attwood has confirmed she will put the £1 million Cheshire house she shares with husband Bradley Dack on the market after the couple said they had endured a "challenging" six months.

Attwood, a former Love Island contestant and Loose Women panellist, told media she and Dack have spent little time at the property in the past year because of conflicting work schedules — she has been working in London while he has been playing for Gillingham in Kent — and the couple have decided Cheshire "doesn't work for us anymore." The house was first shown to viewers in Attwood's 2020 television series Olivia Meets Her Match and has been the couple's family home with their two dogs, Lola and Stitch.

The decision follows a July break-in at the property that Attwood said was thwarted by her private security team. In social media posts at the time she said intruders smashed a second-floor window and entered the home while she was away working in Spain. Attwood said her security team received an alert within about 30 seconds and arrived within two minutes with dogs, prompting the intruders to flee. She said some items were taken but "they didn't get what they came for," and that the matter remains an open police investigation.

Attwood told The Sun the incident compounded other pressures, and that she and Dack had been "umming and ahh-ing" about the house because they were no longer living there. "We love it so much. It's just that Cheshire doesn't work for us anymore because we're not there," she said. She added she had kept an apartment in London as a base for filming that has effectively become her main residence.

In the same interview Attwood said the July incident was not the first time her home had been targeted, and that she had been burgled three times overall. She described the feeling of someone having been in her house as "horrible," even when the most valuable items were not taken.

The sale announcement comes amid wider coverage of strains in Attwood and Dack's marriage after photographs emerged of Attwood appearing close to longtime friend and colleague Pete Wicks on a yacht in Ibiza. Attwood said she understood why Dack would be upset at images showing her and Wicks hugging during a party, but insisted she and Dack remained together and were working through difficult periods.

"Me and Brad never pretend to have a perfect relationship," Attwood told the Daily Mail. "We have been up, down, left, backwards, and the last six months have been really challenging for us." She said both partners had made mistakes, adding, "I have fed up and done stuff, Brad has fed up. It's really easy to pretend you're perfect but no one is if you just dig a little deeper."

The Ibiza images led to online backlash and reportedly prompted hostile chants directed at Dack during Gillingham matches. They also coincided with public disputes between Attwood and former assistant Ryan Kay, who has been reported to have cut ties with the presenter. Attwood has characterised the Ibiza episode as a holiday gathering that was blown out of proportion, saying the group had been drinking and hugging and that she and Wicks are "just good friends and work colleagues."

Representatives for Attwood and Dack did not immediately respond to requests for further comment. Attwood has said the house will go on the market "very soon," and that the move reflects practical decisions about where the couple live while both continue active, geographically dispersed careers. The burglary remains under investigation by police, and Attwood has said she will continue to use private security measures while on the road for work.
