Olivia Attwood said she “loves seeking revenge” in an Instagram post on Tuesday as she continues to address a recent fallout with a close friend and what she called a “challenging” period in her marriage to footballer Bradley Dack.

In a short video shared to her Instagram, the 34-year-old reality star read from a list of things she said she “unfortunately” likes and invited followers to judge which items were right or wrong. The list included items such as “having the last word,” “vodka,” “taking it too far,” “every dog ever,” and “seeking revenge,” and she captioned the clip: “Which ones am I wrong for? Or right?”

Earlier this week Attwood said she had been through a “difficult time over the last six months” with Dack, saying the couple do not pretend to have a perfect relationship and that work commitments had placed pressure on them. She told followers that both she and her husband had made mistakes, writing in a social media response that “I have fed up and Brad has fed up,” language she used to stress the point that all long-term relationships require work.

Attwood has also been responding to questions about a reported rupture with her former assistant and one-time close friend, Ryan Kay. In an Instagram Q&A she described herself as “very hurt” and said she had “had to respect myself and draw a line” after a situation that developed over several months. She said she had not detailed the matter fully on social media but promised to share more of the story in due course.

Daily Mail reporting has suggested the falling-out between Attwood and Kay followed publicity around photos of Attwood on a holiday in Ibiza in which she appeared close to former TOWIE star Pete Wicks. Attwood has said the images, which showed her sitting on Wicks’s lap during a yacht outing, were taken at a work-related event and that the group were “drinking and hugging each other and being best friends.” She told followers she understood why Dack was upset by the pictures and insisted Wicks was “just a friend.”

Sources speaking to the Daily Mail have said Kay sided with Dack in the fallout and that the rift has become awkward for mutual friends. The reporting also noted that Bradley Dack was pictured supporting Attwood at the launch of her ITV2 reality show, and that he still follows Kay on Instagram.

Attwood has used Instagram Stories to suggest she is reducing her inner circle and cutting out people who she believes spread “false narratives.” She answered a follower asking “What happened with your mate?” by saying the situation was hurtful because she invests a great deal in friendships and lets very few people in, and that the events had played out over months.

The star, who rose to public attention on Love Island, framed the recent turbulence as part of normal pressures facing a couple with demanding work lives. She said she and Dack were determined to “navigate” the relationship and acknowledged that public perception of a glamorous life can mask more complicated realities.

Attwood has not provided a full public account of the dispute with her former assistant, and Kay has not issued a public statement. She indicated she would reveal more at a later time while continuing to post updates from her professional life and personal reflections.
