Oasis is reportedly planning a return to live performances in 2027 with a series of major concerts, including a 12-night residency at Manchester's Etihad Stadium and six shows at Knebworth, according to reports. These dates follow the band's successful reunion tour in 2025 and successful reunion of brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher, who had been estranged for 16 years.
The proposed schedule includes the Etihad Stadium shows running for six weeks starting in June 2027, followed by six performances at Knebworth Park in September. While dates are subject to change, this is the current master plan, an insider told The Sun.
Fans have long hoped for a return to Knebworth, the site of Oasis's iconic August 1996 concerts. Speculation about new dates intensified in April when the ticket site Premier Events listed potential Oasis shows at Knebworth Park for the summer of 2027. The site indicated shows would begin on June 4 and conclude on August 29, with the tagline "Oasis Live '27. Coming soon..."
The ticket site's Q&A section addressed potential fan queries, suggesting a UK and European tour was likely and that Knebworth and a Manchester homecoming were being considered for 2027. Pricing information was not yet available.
Liam Gallagher had previously fueled reunion rumors with a cryptic social media post stating a "BIG ANNOUNCEMENT IMMINENT," though he later seemed to temper expectations. Music industry sources had indicated tentative dates for 2026 following their world tour, which was estimated to have generated up to £1.2 billion.
Following the conclusion of their comeback tour, Oasis announced in November they would be entering a "period of reflection." The band posted on Instagram that the "love, joy, tears and euphoria will never be forgotten," and that "there will now be a pause for a period of reflection."
