Noah Wyle, known for his role as Dr. John Carter on "ER" and currently starring in the HBO drama "The Pitt," accompanied his 20-year-old daughter, Auden Wyle, to the premiere of her film, "The Vanishing Tour," in Beverly Hills on Saturday. The event took place at the Marina del Rey Film Festival.
Auden Wyle, who is embarking on her acting career, stars in the independent sci-fi horror film written and directed by Patrick Meaney. The movie's plot centers on a musical band whose road trip takes a perilous turn after a carjacking, leading them to discover a mysterious compound with a hidden secret. Auden Wyle's co-stars in the film include Mina Tobias, Ryan Lee, Nicolette Norgaard, Brendan Wayne, and Amber Benson.
Noah Wyle, 55, appeared to be a proud father as he escorted his daughter, whose resemblance to him was noted, down the red carpet. She was dressed in a wine-colored leather ensemble, including an off-the-shoulder mini-dress, long gloves, and boots. This marks a significant moment in Auden's burgeoning career, with "The Vanishing Tour" being her film debut.
This appearance follows a previous rare public outing with her father in January, when Auden attended the Los Angeles premiere of "The Pitt" season two alongside her stepmother, Sara Wyle, and brother, Owen. Noah Wyle has two children, Auden and Owen, with his ex-wife Tracy Warbin, and a daughter, Frances, with his current wife Sara Wyle.
Wyle has previously spoken about his children's engagement with his work, noting that while they grew up watching "Grey's Anatomy," they became fans of "The Pitt." He expressed hope that his children recognize his dedication, stating in September 2025, "You always hope your kids know how hard you work... how much of yourself you fit into what you do by example for them. This last year, I've really felt that they've been listening and watching and it's been impactful."
In a separate incident on the set of "The Pitt," Noah Wyle demonstrated a quick-thinking response when a co-star, Laetitia Hollard, injured her elbow. Hollard recounted on the "A Lot More" podcast that Wyle, playing his doctor character Dr. Robby, provided immediate first aid with gauze and disinfectant before a real nurse intervened. Wyle then deferred to the medical professional, reportedly saying, "Don't worry, this is the best place for this to happen."
