Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban are reportedly taking steps to mend their relationship, focusing on rebuilding a friendship for the sake of their two daughters, Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 15. Sources indicate the exes have resumed regular communication following their separation.
Rumors suggest the pair may have recently met in Paris, where Kidman was celebrating her birthday. According to Woman's Day, the actress, 59, and the country music singer, 58, have shifted from limited contact to developing a supportive friendship. This alleged reunion is said to center on co-parenting their daughters.
Recent public gestures on social media appear to have contributed to thawing tensions between Kidman and Urban. Last week, Keith shared a birthday tribute to Nicole, and she acknowledged him on Father's Day by posting a photograph of him with their daughters on Instagram.
"They've tentatively agreed to meet in private and to get back to the job of parenting the girls together," a source told the magazine. "They're finding it so much easier to build up a supportive friendship between them."
While Kidman has reportedly begun dating again, she is said to be keeping any new relationships private. A source told Deuxmoi that the actress has been involved in a low-key romance with a "high-profile businessman" for several months.
Kidman and Urban separated in September 2025 after nearly two decades of marriage. Their divorce was finalized on January 6. Earlier this year, reports linked Kidman romantically to Paul Salem, 62, the Chairman of the Board of MGM Resorts International. The publication noted that while they shared mutual acquaintances and had met in group settings twice, TMZ clarified they were not dating at the time. Salem divorced his ex-wife, Navyn Salem, in 2021 and has four daughters. He joined the MGM Board of Directors in 2018 and became Chairman in 2020. He previously held executive roles at Providence Equity and is a part-owner of the Worcester Red Sox.
