Francine LeFrak, a producer with a history of Broadway and Hollywood successes, has opened "Music City," a new theatrical production situated in a Nashville bar, at St. Luke’s Theater on West 46th Street. The play, which debuted recently, aims to capture the essence of the Tennessee music hub for a New York audience.

LeFrak stated that she was drawn to the project by the "awesome raw talent" involved, describing it as an "injection" that compelled her to come out of retirement. She envisioned the production's setting as a faithful representation of a Nashville dive bar, complete with tables and chairs.

In related news, Peter J. Ward has launched Stand By 1, a studio described as an "all biggie studio" with a staff of former VIPs from organizations such as NBC and The Wall Street Journal. The team reportedly specializes in insider information, rare interviews, and behind-the-scenes content.
