Natalie Portman offered a rare glimpse of her baby bump on Wednesday, as she shared a personal moment on Instagram expressing her eagerness to welcome her third child. The actress, who is pregnant with her child with partner Tanguy Destable, posted a photograph of herself cradling her growing belly in front of a balcony.
"Counting the days until we meet you 🩷," Portman captioned the post, thanking photographer Shelby Duncan. The image showed Portman wearing an oversized blue button-down shirt and a gold necklace.
Portman, 45, announced her pregnancy earlier this year. She is already mother to son Aleph, 15, and daughter Amalia, 9, from her previous marriage to Benjamin Millepied. "Tanguy and I are very excited," Portman told Harper's Bazaar in April. "I’m just very grateful. I know it’s such a privilege and a miracle."
She noted that she has more energy during this pregnancy than she anticipated and is cherishing every moment, recognizing it might be her last. Portman, whose father is a fertility doctor, acknowledged her good fortune in expanding her family in her 40s.
Portman and Destable, 46, were first linked in March 2025. Destable, a French musician, also has two sons, Étienne, 10, and Vadim, 6, from his marriage to Louise Bourgoin. Portman married Millepied in 2012 after they met on the set of "Black Swan." Their divorce was finalized in February 2024, following allegations of Millepied's affair with climate activist Camille Étienne.
In an interview with Interview Magazine last year, Portman shared that her children remain her primary source of joy, observing their development into unique individuals. She also mentioned enjoying time spent with her friends and their children.
