Television personality Narinder Kaur, 53, has publicly addressed a social media troll who criticized her bikini body, sharing unedited photos of herself to champion body positivity. Kaur posted images on Instagram showcasing her "saggy skin and stretch marks," emphasizing that "real women" are "perfect" regardless of societal beauty standards.

The incident occurred after Kaur uploaded a swimwear photo from a holiday, prompting a user to zoom in and comment on perceived flaws. In response, Kaur shared a series of posts highlighting her figure and asserting her "real body" is "healthy."

"This is how a REAL WOMAN looks like - loose skin, saggy, stretch marks. Ladies - we are PERFECT," Kaur stated in a caption accompanying one of her posts, which featured her in a red bikini. The television personality shared that she was on holiday in Miami with her husband and friends when the criticism occurred.

This is not the first time Kaur has spoken out about body image and weight loss. In November, she revealed an incident where she was hospitalized after an overdose of the weight loss drug Wegovy. Kaur explained that after being told she was ineligible for the medication on the NHS due to her weight, she resorted to purchasing it online. She expressed regret over using the drug without professional medical guidance, calling it a "biggest mistake ever" and stating she put her life at risk.

Kaur recounted taking the medication after struggling with various diets and facing body shaming online. She detailed how she ordered the drugs online and, after experiencing no immediate effects from the first injection, decided to double the dose. This led to severe nausea, vomiting, and weakness, which required her hospitalization. Doctors informed her there was no immediate cure and that her body would need time to process the drug.

"I'm an intelligent woman with a law degree so if I managed to cock it up, so could anyone else. It's back to eating less and exercising more. I nearly died of stupidity," she told The Sun, reflecting on the dangerous experience of self-administering prescription medication.

Kaur's recent posts have garnered supportive messages from fans who have praised her for her honesty and advocacy for body acceptance.
