Nadiya Bychkova, a professional dancer on 'Strictly Come Dancing,' recently shared images from a vacation in the South of France. The dancer posted sun-kissed holiday snaps on Instagram, showing herself enjoying cocktails and the beach.
Bychkova, who is on holiday with her daughter Mila, also provided details about her healthy diet. She typically starts her day with Greek yogurt and berries or eggs with avocado on sourdough. Lunches consist of grilled chicken or salmon with a large salad or vegetables, and dinners feature meat or fish with vegetables and a healthy carbohydrate like sweet potato or quinoa. For snacks, she opts for protein shakes, yogurt, or cottage cheese, with dark chocolate as an occasional treat.
Her beverage intake is generally limited, reserving champagne for special occasions. She drinks water, coffee in the morning, and peppermint tea before bed.
Fans noted Bychkova's absence from the 'Strictly' lineup earlier this year, a shake-up that also saw the departure of hosts Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman. In June, Bychkova indicated she had been in discussions with producers about a potential return to the BBC series, possibly in a choreographing capacity.
Speaking to Hello! magazine, Bychkova expressed openness to returning to 'Strictly,' stating, 'Absolutely [on the cards]. We are talking about, hopefully in the future, me coming and choreographing some of the pro numbers.' She added that she is passionate about creating and choreographing and that seeing her own creations on the show would be 'beautiful.'
In addition to her potential 'Strictly' comeback, Bychkova is reportedly in advanced talks to participate in the ITV show 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!'. Sources suggest that she has impressed ITV bosses and is a top choice for the upcoming season.
