Nadiya Bychkova, a professional dancer on the BBC series 'Strictly Come Dancing,' has offered insight into her disciplined diet aimed at maintaining her physique. Bychkova, 36, follows a routine focused on fresh foods, which she manages on a weekly food budget of £80 to £120 for herself and her 10-year-old daughter, Mila.

Her typical day begins with either Greek yogurt topped with berries and honey or eggs served with avocado on sourdough bread. For lunch, Bychkova opts for grilled chicken or salmon accompanied by a substantial salad or a variety of vegetables. In colder weather, she prefers homemade soup.

Dinner generally consists of meat or fish paired with vegetables and a healthy carbohydrate such as sweet potato, quinoa, or buckwheat. During training sessions, she relies on protein shakes, yogurt, or cottage cheese for snacks. For a sweet indulgence, she allows herself a few squares of dark chocolate.

Bychkova also limits her alcohol intake, reserving champagne for special occasions. She prioritizes hydration with water and consumes a morning coffee and peppermint tea before bed.

Earlier in the year, Bychkova was among several long-standing professional dancers who were removed from the 'Strictly Come Dancing' lineup. In June, she indicated that she was in discussions with producers about a potential return to the show, possibly in a choreographing role. She expressed a passion for creating and choreographing dance numbers and hopes to see her own creations featured on 'Strictly' in the future.

Beyond her potential 'Strictly' involvement, Bychkova is reportedly in advanced talks to participate in the ITV show 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here,' having reportedly impressed the network's executives.
