YouTube star MrBeast, known globally as Jimmy Donaldson, has married his fiancée, Thea Booysen. The ceremony took place on Richard Branson's private Necker Island, located in the British Virgin Islands.
Donaldson, 28, announced the marriage via a joint Instagram post with Booysen, which featured images of the couple on their wedding day. In the post, Donaldson stated, "I have found MrsBeast." He had proposed to Booysen on Christmas Day in 2024, with both wearing matching MrBeast-branded festive jumpers at the time.
Despite his public persona, which often involves large-scale online stunts, Donaldson had previously expressed a desire for a private proposal and a small wedding to People magazine. Photographs from the event show Booysen in a floor-length lace wedding dress with a floral pattern. Donaldson wore a white tuxedo. Booysen also made several outfit changes throughout the celebration, including a white mini dress for cutting the cake and an off-the-shoulder satin gown for the evening.
Donaldson, who is the world's largest YouTuber with over 500 million subscribers, described the day as "the best day of my life."
